This spring, we brought together property owners, banks and tenants to talk about how new energy requirements affect property value, operating costs and financing.

Now we take the next step – from knowledge to action. NOTE: You do not need to have participated in the first event to benefit from the afternoon.

New rules for energy declarations will come into effect on October 1. The declaration will become clearer and serve as a more active tool for improving the building's energy performance.
