Study trip to the energy of the future in Ludvika

Sörmlands Energiförening welcomes you to an inspiring study trip to Ludvika on September 10th.

In the morning we visit Krafttanken, which ensures the energy supply to critical societal functions. As they themselves put it: ”In a blacked-out country, Ludvika will shine.”

In the afternoon we visit Hitachi Energy, which is a world leader in transformers and lines for high-voltage direct current – an important prerequisite for, among other things, offshore wind power.

At both locations we will receive expert guidance. VUEF members are warmly welcome to join us.

Departure from ICA Ekängen in Eskilstuna. There is the possibility to park your car on site.

Pick-up at IKEA's main entrance at Erikslund in Västerås.

Morning
Study visit and expert guidance at Krafttanken in Ludvika.

Lunch
Lunch together at Grekiska Grill & Bar in Ludvika.

Afternoon
Study visit and expert guidance at Hitachi Energy.

Around 6:00 PM
Back in Eskilstuna.

Price

495 SEK for members of SEF or VUEF.
595 SEK for accompanying.

Lunch and bus trip are included in the price.
