Visitors to tenants in the Energy Evolution Center are received by the respective tenant.

There is no special visitor parking for cars. However, there is visitor parking for bicycles and the walking distance from the train station and central Eskilstuna is approximately 10 minutes. Paid parking lots are available in several places nearby.

Incoming mail is picked up in mailboxes for those who rent offices and for others the mail is picked up at the designated location. Outgoing letters are handled by the respective tenant and there is no service for this.

Bicycle racks are available at the back of the house.

On each floor there is a kitchenette with a dishwasher. The tenants themselves ensure that all the dishes are put into the dishwashers and are helped to take them out.

For agreements on dropdown space, access to a workplace and own locker is obtained.
Arbetsplatserna är inte dedikerade till särskild användare utan man tar en ledig plats vid ankomst. För medlemskap/drop-down mini erhålls tillgång till arbetsplats under två dagar per månad.

There are three showers in the house, one on each HWC.

Storage space is not offered in this house.

As a tenant, you are responsible for your own equipment in the form of furniture, computers, etc. as they are not covered by the landlord's insurance.

The house is equipped with broadband. Visitors to the Energy Evolution Center have free access to the EEC_Guest guest network.

www.energyevolutioncenter.se is the public website address. Here you can find, among other things, information about activities and which organizations are established in the Energy Evolution Center. New tenants are asked to email the company logo, a short presentation and a link to their website for publication on energyevolutionscenter.se to eec@eskilstuna.se

On the entrance level, on the wall of the Wind Power Plant, there is a defibrillator.

At the Energy Evolution Center, we want everyone to thrive and feel good, so considering allergies and other things, our dear pets can stay at home.

Weekdays 9-15, there is a Housekeeper on site in the Energy Evolution Center. It is the employees of the Business Development Unit, Eskilstuna Municipality who are responsible for hosting. You can reach Husvärden on 070 089 32 09.

In order to sign a rental contract, it is required that the business you work with is in some way connected to the energy field or that the business can constitute support for such actors.

Hot drink vending machines containing coffee drinks, chocolate and water can be found on the entrance floor and floor 2. Errors are reported to the supplier of the vending machine, the telephone number is shown on the vending machine. Hot drinks are included in the rent for tenants and their visitors. In the kitchenette on the entrance floor there is also a traditional coffee maker and thermoses for larger events. At larger events in the showroom with, for example, a coffee break, the organizer is expected to make his own purchase of coffee for coffee brewing, alternatively purchase via catering.

Each tenant procures its own office supplies with the exception of printer paper provided by the landlord.

As a tenant, you are responsible for brought items that are stored in the fridge/freezer and ensure that they do not take up too much space and that you do not leave old food behind.

There are four loan bikes, two regular bikes, one electric bike and an electric box bike. The bikes are booked via the booking system on the website.

As a tenant, you have access to the premises around the clock. Instructions for locks and alarms are obtained upon moving in.

In addition to renting offices and dropdown space in EEC, you can also be a member of EEC. A membership means that you have access to a workplace 2 days per month, access to meeting rooms 4 hours per month, wifi, tea and coffee and access to all open events.

The tenants who rent their own offices furnish these with their own furniture. Other areas are furnished by the landlord.

The Energy Evolution Center has four meeting rooms of varying sizes as well as a larger conference room and a rest room. Access to meeting rooms and the conference room is included in the rent for office tenants and dropdown space agreements and you are expected to book a room that meets your needs and to cancel the room if the meeting is cancelled. You are responsible for preparing the premises before and after the booking. For phone calls and digital meetings, there are smaller phone boxes in some offices and in one of the dropdown areas.

• Oavsett var du befinner dig i huset kan ansvaret hamna på dig att vara utrymningsledare (orange väst) vid händelse av brandlarm.


• Varje brandcell i byggnaden är ett område som vid händelse av brandlarm ska avsökas och tömmas på personer av utrymningsledaren (orange väst). Instruktionerna är tydliga och finns vid de orangea västarna.


• Avrapportering sker till utrymningssamordnaren som bär gul väst och är placerad vid huvudentrén. Utrymningssamordnaren (gul väst) ger besked till utrymningsledarna (orange väst) när det är tillåtet att gå tillbaka in i byggnaden efter en utrymning.


• Vid utrymning, ta med telefon, mediciner och eventuella klädesplagg om det är lättillgängligt.


• Fastighetens brandlarm är kopplat till SOS Alarm.

• Felanmäl om du ser något som är trasigt i brandskyddet
• Tänk på att utrymningsvägar inte får blockeras
• Dörrar i brandceller får inte ställas upp
• Felanmäl om dörr i en brandcell inte går igen
• Trasig elektrisk utrustning kan vara orsak till brand, t.ex. kablar som ligger i kläm, trasiga mobilladdare och blinkande lysrör.

A Tag is issued together with a personal code. Be careful with it, because without it you will not enter the building and lost tag will be charged to you as a tenant.

There is an equipped kitchenette in the Energy Evolution Center on the entrance level with crockery and other equipment. As a tenant, you are responsible for making sure it looks nice after you and putting the dishwasher in and out.

If it becomes relevant with interns, temporary employees and visitors to tenants who need temporary workplaces, conditions for this are made in dialogue with the representatives from Eskilstuna municipality.

Smoking is prohibited on the premises and adjacent to the building's entrances.

As a tenant in the Energy Evolution Center, participation in the exchange of experience, collaborations and cooperation with the building's other tenants is expected.

Shared printer is on floor 1. Instructions for installing drivers for the printer can be found on the "meeting place-for tenants-practical information" website, look for Manuals in the drop-down (requires login). Use of the copy printer is included in the rent/fee to an extent that is considered "normal". Refilling paper and replacing toner is carried out by you as a tenant if necessary, but is provided by the landlord.

Sorting furniture for sorting rubbish is available, we have color sorting in the house. Containers for deposit can be found on the entrance floor and level 3. On the short right side of the house there is a shed for sorting paint, corrugated cardboard, food waste and glass. Blip your tag and then turn the black "puck" above the handle to enter the trash room. For materials that are bulky or that are not sorted in the sorting furniture/shed, you yourself take responsibility for sorting in the right way and recycling in the right place.

A cleaning company cleans common areas every weekday (during summer and other holidays, cleaning is reduced). The area around workplaces in own offices and in dropdown areas is cleaned once a week. Own desks are cleaned by the respective tenant and desks in the drop-down area are cleaned by cleaning companies. Cleaning materials are also available to borrow if needed.

Energy Evolution Center's meeting rooms are equipped for physical and digital events and meetings. Information about the technical equipment in each meeting room can be found under room booking on the website and manuals are available for download on the website under "meeting place-for tenants-practical information", look for Manuals in the drop-down (requires login).

In the Energy Evolution Center there is no fixed network for telephony, you are therefore expected to use a mobile phone. Your rental agreement includes a wireless wifi "EEC" with the password EnergiEvolution. For guests there is also an open guest network "EEC_Guest"
